Ocean Imaging Corp.www.oceani.com, www.seaviewfishing.com – is looking for an Applications Developer/Software Engineer to add to our expanding Littleton, CO office.  The person will be involved in different projects and should thus have versatile skills.  General duties will involve the incorporation of newly developed multispectral detection algorithms for such applications as oil spill mapping and vegetation substrate identification into an existing Ocean Imaging application.  Continued development of OI’s Java-based SeaView fishing support software will also be one of the person’s core responsibilities.  Initial SeaView development tasks will include the porting of SeaView from the PC-Windows platform to the Apple/Mac platform and the development of a reduced function SeaView “app” for iPad and Android mobile platforms.  This position is best suited for an innovative, creative and smart-thinking person who is a skilled programmer, but also will enjoy developing new remote sensing applications and using RS technologies in unique situations.
