TST Inc. of Denver is a local civil engineering consulting firm providing services to Municipal
and Private Clients including development planning, transportation planning, water, wastewater,
and storm drainage master planning, subdivision platting, construction drawings, permitting,
construction management, and GIS services. TST is looking to hire a GIS specialist to maintain
existing TST databases and to develop new GIS databases

Description:
 Generally performs and manages all conventional aspects of GIS including creation,
analysis, and management of databases.
 Provides proficient level in cartographic design, management, and analytical skills.
 Demonstrates a solid understanding of GIS concepts and spatial data.
 Proficient in GIS Best Practices, techniques, procedures, and criteria.
 Provide technical guidance to Engineers and other staff members.
 Demonstrates level of understanding with other database systems including Cartegraph.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited College or University in
Geography, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
 Or Equivalent work experience (4 years minimum).
 Proficient knowledge of geospatial, cartographic, and planning with experience in
design, development, implementation and testing of GIS applications.
